SYNOPSIS

Isaiah Wright (KENNY YOUNG) is working hard to follow in the prestigious political footsteps of his highly respected father, Isaac Wright (JOHN AMOS), by joining the race to become the city’s next mayor. There is a big difference, however, between the charismatic Isaiah and his deceased father, starting with the sinister grin that lies beneath Isaiah’s million-dollar smile.

On the other side of Isaiah’s prominent fence lies his older brother, Ike (FAZION LOVE). Ike is an alcoholic with a golden heart who is dealing with his fair share of problems. While running from loan sharks and caring for their senile mother (JA'NET DUBOIS), Ike pleads for help from Isaiah. But two-faced Isaiah, who fears that Ike will ruin his reputation and chance at winning the mayoral race, turns his back on his brother…that is until Isaiah’s sultry mistress/stripper Platinum enters the scene.

Platinum has grown tired of playing the “booty-call” and blackmails Isaiah with an X-rated DVD of their tryst, threatening to release it to the public if he doesn’t grant her a huge pay-off. Isaiah, never one to back down from a threat, rejects her offer and pays Ike to retrieve the DVD by any means necessary. Ike reluctantly accepts. He enlists the help of friend T-Bone (RODNEY PERRY), who just got out of the joint, and his freaky, drug-addicted brother Outta Pocket. The bumbling trio manages to break into Platinum’s apartment and steal every DVD in sight. But when Platinum unexpectedly returns home early, she interrupts the task at hand and creates utter chaos. The boys manage to split, but unbeknownst to Ike, T-Bone accidentally takes the alderman’s DVD. When T-Bone discovers what he has in his possession is more than just a good porn flick, he comes up with a money plan. However, Outta Pocket, who’s going through a bad case of withdrawal, pawns T-Bone’s DVD player with the DVD still in it. Miguel (JACOB VARGAS), the pawn shop owner, discovers the DVD and relishes in his good fortune until Stoney Island (CLIFTON POWELL), a drug dealer with a score to settle with Isaiah, comes knocking on the door looking for his protection money but is instead handed something much more valuable; the DVD.

Once again slimy Isaiah enlists the help of his brother. But before Ike gets a chance to step in, he finds himself caught in a police raid. To protect his little brother Ike confesses to all, giving Isaiah a chance at his new office. But all good things must come to an end. Leah, with the nasty DVD in hand, threatens to end the newly elected mayor’s political career. The threat escalates into a scuffle and causes Leah’s untimely death. But this time around, Isaiah finds himself in irreversible trouble and unable to lean on his trusty scapegoat Ike.
